Your place is here with us, transforming lives! **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate activities related to credit recovery, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation; * Develop strategies to reduce delinquency and improve recovery rates; * Manage the collections team, guiding and monitoring goals, KPIs, and results; * Analyze performance reports and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Interface with internal departments and external partners to align processes and strategies; * Ensure quality service to cooperative members, seeking appropriate solutions for debt renegotiation and credit recovery; * Implement continuous improvements in collections and credit recovery processes; * Support the definition of credit and collections policies aligned with the cooperative’s guidelines; * Monitor market trends and regulatory practices to adapt strategies accordingly. **Requirements and qualifications** Essential: * Completed undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Proven experience managing teams and collections/credit recovery processes; * Knowledge of legislation applicable to collections and credit recovery; * Ability to analyze KPIs and prepare management reports; * Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and decision-making capacity; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel); * Willingness to travel occasionally.
