Then join us in making a difference! \#VEMSERINDT Requirements: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Evaluate data models with great attention to detail and completeness; * Define clear standards for naming conventions, entity relationships, data types, and conceptual descriptions. * Participate in technical forums on software and data architecture; * Support data modeling evaluation within the change management process involving modifications or creations in transactional databases; * Identify and monitor the implementation of integrations among data tools; * Organize and conduct training workshops on data management tools and processes for technical and business teams; * Participate in the team’s agile ceremonies (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban), use Jira, clearly communicate your activities, refine tasks, and promptly and clearly identify risks and impediments; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Practical experience with relational models (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, PostgreSQL) and No\-SQL (MongoDB); * Knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical table modeling and data normalization; * Practical experience in data modeling and evaluation of data models; * Practical experience with data modeling tools. E.g.: Visual Paradigm, Erwin, or other tools. * Knowledge of SQL programming language; * Knowledge of standards and best practices for data cataloging and documentation; * Sense of prioritization and analytical capability. * Excellent communication skills across multidisciplinary teams and influence. * Proactivity in identifying improvements, integrations, and automations in processes, and technical leadership in implementing action plans; **Desirable:** * Experience in data governance implementation projects in transactional environments and project management. * Experience with ETL and data integration (AWS cloud environment) * Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and data management and governance (DMBOK). * Tools for version control and automation of changes in data structures (e.g., Liquibase, Flyway).
