The Commercial Administrative Assistant will perform activities in commercial and administrative areas, serving customers and presenting the clinic’s services, following the company’s Standard Operating Procedure Manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain equipment and the workplace organized, ensuring their proper upkeep; * Explain and formalize dental service contracts with customers, in accordance with the company’s manual and regulations; * File contracts and other documents in the appropriate location, as specified in the company’s manual and regulations; * Enter financial data from customer contracts into the computerized system; * Contact customers who have not paid their first installment to renegotiate and agree upon a new payment date; * Renegotiate with delinquent customers, in accordance with the company’s manual and regulations, and submit a monthly report to the franchisee/manager containing information on completed renegotiations; * Submit a monthly report containing data on treatment cancellations, treatment dropouts, treatment discharges, scheduled evaluations, completed evaluations, formalized contracts, and new customers; * Address customer complaints regarding treatment by proposing solutions; * Cancel dental service contracts for customers who will no longer undergo treatment, in accordance with the company’s manual and regulations; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration or related fields); * Customer service experience; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic mathematical calculation knowledge; * Negotiation and sales techniques.
