Here, you will have the challenge of working at Sicredi's Administrative Center (CAS) to lead the Community, Analytics, and Data Science teams—teams that drive the expansion of analytics culture and the Data Science discipline (ML/AI) across Sicredi, with the goal of enhancing business value generation and delivering excellence in service to our members. You will work within the IT Directorate, under the Corporate Data and AI Superintendence, and your peers will include colleagues responsible for Data and AI Engineering and Platform, AI Solutions, and Data and AI Governance. Your main challenges will be: 1) Promoting and elevating Sicredi’s analytics culture by partnering with other teams to build a strong Data and AI community; 2) Evolving our federated Hub-Spoke operational model at the Systemic level (CAS and Cooperatives), reinforcing the decentralization strategy through a matrix model featuring a horizontal Data function; and 3) Advancing the Data Science discipline through the Central (hub) team, focusing on implementing and evolving enabling tools, technologies, and methodologies.
