Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for supervising the collections team, defining and monitoring targets, and acting on credit recovery, with a focus on results and leadership. Analytical profile with a focus on results and leadership **Important Notes:** The salary is negotiable Meal allowance: BRL 22.00 per day Transportation allowance: BRL 11.80 (Salvadorcard) Flexible benefits: Day off, Telemedicine, Dental plan, Gimpass **Main Responsibilities:** \- Supervise and oversee the collections team; \- Define and monitor credit recovery targets; \- Monitor delinquency and productivity indicators; \- Prepare management reports and action plans; \- Support strategic negotiations and critical cases; \- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures; \- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Sales departments.
