Proficiency with gardening equipment and chemical products ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Work Schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off, with a lunch break from 11:30 to 12:30 Species identification (ornamental, fruit-bearing, native, etc.); Plant requirements (light, water, soil); Optimal planting and pruning seasons; Planting, replanting, and transplanting; Fertilization (organic and chemical); Types of pruning (training, cleaning, fruiting); Lawn mowing and lawn maintenance; Trimming of hedges and shrubs; Operation of brush cutters, lawnmowers, and leaf blowers; Proper use of pruning shears, hoes, shovels, etc.; Basic equipment maintenance; Composting; Use of PPE (gloves, boots, safety goggles); Safe handling of chemical products. ### **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Employment Type:** CLT
