Handle non-conformities and guide employees on procedures **JOB SUMMARY (POSITION SUMMARY):** Support and assist the Quality Department and Quality Management in executing and monitoring processes that ensure compliance with standards, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements, contributing to maintaining and continuously improving the company’s quality standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Identify, control, and monitor measuring equipment and their calibrations and/or qualifications. · Verify records of relevant processes; · Request, control, and submit SDS (Safety Data Sheets) as required along with materials. · Conduct system-based identification and segregation of materials nearing expiration; · Control and monitor fire extinguisher maintenance and pest control; · Address and monitor non-conformities through incident reports, as well as handle and control returns and exchanges with sales representatives. · Perform supplier qualification and monitoring; · Organize and maintain updated physical and digital files related to the area. · Guide employees and managers on established procedures and standards, monitoring implementation of corrective actions. · Support implementation and standardization of organizational processes. · Provide full support to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** **Education:** · Completed or currently pursuing a technical course in Quality, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related fields. · Knowledge of standards, procedures, and quality management tools (preferred). **Specific Knowledge (Technical Competencies):** · Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level preferred). · Prior experience in the quality field. **Skills:** · Organization and attention to detail; · Strong written communication skills; · Proactivity and sense of responsibility; · Interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams; · Familiarity with systems (ERP experience is a plus); · Creativity and a continuous improvement mindset.
