Innovation-driven environment with real impact As a Process and Projects Analyst, you will serve as a leader in structuring, mapping, and continuously improving the Directorate’s processes, ensuring end-to-end visibility, identifying opportunities, and supporting operational evolution. You will be responsible for translating complex processes into clear “As-Is” workflows, proposing relevant improvements, designing “To-Be” workflows, supporting demand prioritization, acting as a strategic liaison between departments, developing KPIs and performance indicators for processes and departments, monitoring performance to measure efficiency and departmental progress, and tracking performance against established goals. You will manage strategic projects focused on generating business value, ensuring alignment between organizational objectives and execution. You will integrate teams and stakeholders to guarantee excellence in delivery—on time, within scope, and on budget. If you seek purpose-driven work and the chance to transform lives, this is your place! #Let’sTransform! #JoinSabesp **Responsibilities and Duties** * Map, document, and model all Directorate processes using industry-standard tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio, Bizagi, Lucidchart, etc.). * Develop “As-Is” flowcharts and propose “To-Be” visions focused on operational efficiency. * Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities related to time, cost, waste, rework, automation, etc. * Structure and present diagnostics and recommendations to support decision-making. * Request solutions from the automation and dashboard teams, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. * Monitor automation and development execution through final delivery. * Support prioritization of the Directorate’s process improvement requests. * Facilitate alignment with impacted departments, ensuring understanding, adherence, and engagement with changes. * Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders on the importance of continuous improvement. * Develop effective methods to measure departmental performance, including creation and monitoring of process KPIs and performance indicators. * Monitor the Directorate’s performance against strategic objectives, updating indicators and proposing adjustments as needed. * Support project management initiatives, ensuring timelines, scope, and governance. * Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and generate insights; provide reliable, structured information to support strategic and operational leadership decisions. * Identify automation opportunities using tools such as Power BI, Excel*, SQL, Python, and Power Automate*. * Act as a facilitator among Directorate managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders, promoting clear communication, collaboration, and expectation alignment. * Lead meetings with an analytical mindset, results orientation, and strategic vision. * Plan, execute, monitor, and close strategic projects, ensuring business value delivery within defined scope, timeline, cost, and quality. * Identify, analyze, and manage risks, changes, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. * Promote adoption of best practices in continuous improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Process Management, or Strategic Management is considered a plus. * Black Belt certification is considered a plus. * Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, BPM (Business Process Management), BPMN 2.0, Design Thinking, or Lean Office are desirable. **Additional Information** Medical Assistance Private Health Insurance Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) Transportation Voucher Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity Leave Extended Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub (Gympass) Partnership Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) Nova Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
