Human Resources consulting firm seeks an HR Department Coordinator in Salvador. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate payroll, statutory charges, benefits, vacations, terminations, and ancillary obligations. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, agreements, and collective bargaining agreements. Structure, implement, and audit internal controls of the department. Ensure proper system configuration and governance of the HR management system. Monitor KPIs, reconciliations, and process traceability. Proactively identify inconsistencies, risks, and irregularities. Handle matters related to labor unions, inspections, and labor hearings. Lead standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives for operational workflows. Technically develop the team and reinforce best practices in the area. Previous experience as HR Supervisor, Talent Manager, Recruitment and Selection Coordinator, or Organizational Development Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
