After all, it is 100% Brazilian and crafted by people who firmly believe in the words of our founder: ***"Hard work conquers all!"***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers in systems. * Provide in-person, telephone, and email support to internal departments. * Schedule and monitor loading/unloading time slots, and maintain direct contact with drivers. * Handle invoices and support the loading/unloading workflow. * Receive, organize, and dispatch correspondence. * Update spreadsheets and administrative records in Excel. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with SAP and Ronda systems. * Prior experience in customer service. **Worth noting:** Working hours from Monday to Saturday, 06:00 to 14:20. **Additional Information** If you possess the above experiences and competencies, we are looking for a professional like you!
