**Job Description:** We are looking for a **Production Assistant (Kitchen)** to work directly supporting kitchen routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and quality in food preparation. This role is essential to maintaining product standards, production flow, and smooth departmental operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Support kitchen production routines according to instructions and standard recipes; * Perform simple preparations, such as cutting, portioning, weighing, and assembling; * Assist in preparing, finishing, and organizing dishes, broths, side dishes, and other menu items; * Support the separation, verification, and packaging of preparations and orders; * Keep the kitchen, utensils, and equipment clean and organized; * Strictly follow good hygiene practices, food safety standards, and internal procedures; * Support other departments when needed, as directed by leadership. **What We’re Looking For** * Completed high school education; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and responsibility; * Efficiency and willingness to perform operational tasks; * Ability to follow instructions, routines, and recipes; * Commitment to food hygiene and safety standards; * Teamwork and good interpersonal skills; * Flexibility regarding work hours, including weekends and holidays; * Prior experience in kitchens, food production, or the food service industry is a plus.
