Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Procurement Assistant in the metallurgical industry to manage procurement demands, convert them into purchase orders, and monitor the entire process, with a focus on supply chain management. Ability to work well in a team with impeccable attention to detail Our company is looking for a procurement assistant with proven experience in the metallurgical industry, capable of supporting procurement demands and converting those demands into purchase orders. The ideal candidate for this position must have experience in manufacturing industries and a strong understanding of supply chain management concepts. * Perform efficient and accurate monitoring of all open purchase orders * Deliver a purchase order report to management indicating the number of invoices issued for all purchases made * Collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure all deliveries fulfill assigned purchase orders and report any missing stock items * Establish trusted contacts with the field management team to ensure all field purchase orders are accurate * Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Administration/Logistics * TOTVS ERP knowledge * Strong communication skills * Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and industry-standard procurement platforms * Impeccable attention to detail * Ability to work well in a team Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: Starting from R$2.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Free parking Education: * Completed undergraduate degree (Preferred) Experience: * Procurement (Preferred) * Metallurgical industry (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
