Suggestion and implementation of improvements in logistics controls We are looking for an Operational Logistics Analyst focused on organization, structuring, and process control for our warehouse, shipping, and material receiving operations. About the Company We are an expanding company in the security systems and industrial engineering sector, headquartered in Sorocaba/SP, with nationwide operations. Main Responsibilities Organize the physical warehouse and implement layout by bay/sector; Create, update, and ensure compliance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); Control material, kit, component, and individual item inflows and outflows; Monitor and control material segregation for construction projects and sales; Implement and supervise shipping and receiving areas; Conduct rotating inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy; Support the procurement department in verifying received materials; Coordinate with planning, commercial, and procurement teams to ensure proper process flow; Suggest and implement improvements in logistics controls. Requirements Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or shipping; Practical experience organizing physical inventory (bays, pallets, labeling, inventory counts, etc.); Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet management; Ability to create and apply processes (SOPs, checklists, forms); Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude; Technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. Preferred Qualifications Experience with industrial or engineering companies; Knowledge of Lean tools, 5S, Kanban, or WMS; Experience in cross-departmental integration (procurement, shipping, inventory).
