Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing installation and maintenance services for buildings, various repairs, and supervision of service providers, ensuring the proper functioning of the facility. Key Highlights: 1. Perform building maintenance and ensure safe working conditions. 2. Carry out civil, hydraulic, carpentry, painting, and gardening repairs. 3. Supervise service providers and manage material inventory. **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform building installation and maintenance services within the institution to ensure the company's infrastructure remains fully operational and in safe working condition. * Carry out civil, hydraulic, carpentry, painting, furniture maintenance, and garden upkeep. * Perform low-voltage maintenance and periodic testing of generators and fire pumps. * Supervise service providers, manage material inventory, and comply with safety and environmental regulations. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience is desirable.
