




Job Summary: The Occupational Safety Technician proactively manages risks, conducts training and awareness initiatives, handles documentation, and provides operational support to ensure employee well-being. Operational support and inspection of PPEs and third parties WHAT WILL YOU DO AS AN OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY TECHNICIAN? **Working hours: 7:00 AM–4:48 PM, Monday to Saturday, rotating shifts.** As part of our team, you will serve as the guardian of our employees’ physical integrity, acting preventively and strategically. Your responsibilities are organized into the following pillars: 1\. Prevention and Risk Management Technical Inspection: Monitor facilities and equipment to identify and mitigate risk factors. Risk Analysis: Issue JSA (Job Safety Analysis) and continuously monitor operational risks. Field Presence: Provide technical support in operational areas under your responsibility, ensuring compliance with regulations. 2\. Training and Safety Culture Training: Develop and deliver training on safety regulations, fire prevention, and accident prevention. Onboarding: Conduct orientation and onboarding for new employees and service providers. Awareness: Promote safety campaigns through WSD (Weekly Safety Dialogue) and educational interventions. 3\. Documentation and Legal Compliance Technical Records: Issue PPP (Professional Occupational Profile). Internal Processes: Manage the election process and CIPA (Internal Accident Prevention Committee) administration (NR 5\). Incident Management: File CAT (Work Accident Communication) and conduct thorough root-cause investigations. 4\. Operational Management and Support PPE Control: Manage distribution, recordkeeping, and usage inspection of Personal Protective Equipment. Third-Party Inspection: Ensure service providers comply with the company’s safety standards. Strategic Partnership: Support operational leadership and governance in decision-making. Additional Information: Mobility: Willingness to travel periodically between units. Soft Skills: Teamwork and proactivity are highly valued. Valid driver's license required.
