Apply now to experience a cup of extraordinary moments for your career. **UNLOCK YOUR POSSIBILITIES!** Learn more at: https://careers\-br.jdepeets.com/pt\-BR/job\-search/ **Job Description** * Prepare for work commencement by donning PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and other necessary items to ensure safety and compliance with internal standards. * Contribute to problem-solving analysis within the work cell. * Perform cleaning at the workplace and inspect equipment when trained, maintaining order, preservation, and cleanliness of materials and equipment under your responsibility; contribute to overall machine and workplace cleaning, ensuring basic conditions appropriate for product handling to comply with BPM (Best Practices in Maintenance) requirements. * Dispose of waste in designated collectors and subsequently direct them correctly, adhering to BPM (Best Practices in Maintenance) standards. * Know and apply the Integrated Policy for Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Food Safety, as well as General SHE Standards, using available procedures and tools in the area and specific instructions applicable to activities, aiming to prevent injuries, material loss incidents, and environmental incidents, while ensuring proper use of natural resources and avoiding waste. * Attend internal and external training sessions, following guidance or requests from immediate supervisors. * Perform other related and inherent professional duties as directed by superiors. * Ensure use of LOTOTO (Lockout–Tagout–Tryout) protective equipment for required activities. * Issue Work Permits (WP) for applicable activities. * Ensure inspection and maintenance of electrical panels. * Develop and apply knowledge in electronics. * Ensure specification of electrical components. * Interpret technical drawings. * Read and interpret electrical schematics. * Responsible for reading diagrams. * Understand the departmental budget. * Enter orders into the application. * Understand and apply BOS / OFS concepts. * Participate in area DDSHEQ meetings. * Participate in OPS1; conduct clear shift handovers, sharing all critical information. * Participate in task rotation and meal break scheduling. * Participate in internal audits for Safety, Quality, and MOS. * Ensure application of Engineering standards in packaging, grinding, and roasting equipment. * Participate in equipment and industrial process improvement initiatives according to the factory’s improvement flow. * Clearly and objectively report detected anomalies to coordination. * Conduct BDA and RCA when assigned to you, and participate in others upon request. * Implement structured improvements using WCA and Kaizen methodologies. * Participate in line sponsorship meetings. * Perform 5S in assigned areas. * Transfer knowledge regarding equipment inspection to operations staff. * Validate and resolve defect labels, entering clear information to facilitate scheduling. * Understand NR-35: Working at Heights. * Understand NR-33: Confined Spaces. * Understand NR-12: Machine and Equipment Protection. * Know and apply NR-10. * Apply and connect sensors (capacitive, inductive, magnetic, photoelectric, NPN, and PNP). * Identify CPU and DeviceNet scanner. * Replace Profibus network connectors. * Read and interpret ArmorStar LED indicators. * Read and interpret LED indicators on 22\-Comm\-D boards (inverters). * Read and interpret ArmorPoint LED indicators. * Perform motor terminal connections and star-delta electrical wiring. * Identify\\Resolve faults in electrical panels. * Evaluate motors using a megohmmeter. * Perform electrical wiring, inspection, and interpretation of PT100 sensors. * Perform electrical wiring and interpretation of thermocouples. * Perform electrical wiring and interpretation of resistors. * Perform electrical wiring and interpretation of pressure switches. * Configure and wire temperature controllers. * Wire and interpret flow switches. * Analyze and repair electro-electronic circuits. **Qualifications** * Completed High School * Technical Course / Electronics / Electromechanics * Experience in the field **Additional Information** At **JDE Peet's**, we believe it’s incredible what happens around a cup of coffee and tea.
