**What we expect from you:** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Control and Automation, plus a technical qualification in Electrical. * Knowledge of maintenance of low-voltage power and control electrical installations (distribution panels, stabilized power supply, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), lighting, and low-voltage main distribution boards - QGBTs). * Familiarity with standards NBR 5410, 5419, 14039, NR 10 and NR06. Switching operations and maintenance of electrical substations and primary switchgear rooms. Operation and maintenance of diesel generator sets. Leadership of maintenance teams in complex building maintenance activities. * Knowledge of operation and maintenance of direct and indirect air conditioning systems (chillers, fan-coils, rooftops, splits and PMOC). * Operation and maintenance of fire protection equipment: sprinklers, motor-pumps, hydrants, emergency lighting, and electronic alarm control panels with smoke detection. * Basic safety training for electrical installations (NR 10). * Additional training in SEP (Safety in Power Electrical Systems). * Refrigeration and air conditioning mechanics course. * Maintenance planning and management course (TPM, PCM and RCM). **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** * Performs technical maintenance controls on existing systems, working across all installed disciplines, accurately identifying risks and corrective action proposals based on Brazilian standards, project specifications, and maintenance methodologies (TPM, RCM and PCM). * Establishes action plans to reduce risks in collaboration with store/CD resident teams. * Contributes to the comfort and safety of our internal and external customers by executing facility improvement projects (electrical, air, ventilation, fire protection, and specific lighting), managing activity planning, project analysis, scheduling, field technical supervision during execution, and quality acceptance of services, ensuring compliance with original designs, deadlines, budgets, and internal LEROY MERLIN standards, as well as national and international regulations. * Implements mandatory preventive maintenance contracts, being responsible for Civil, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire Protection, Generator, Air Conditioning, and mobility equipment contracts. * Continuously supports the training and organization of maintenance service provider teams at the store, enhancing team expertise in maintenance topics and reinforcing a culture of prevention, safety, and comfort. * Plans and monitors maintenance activities, following the schedule defined in the LMB maintenance program, respecting deadlines and quality requirements. * Implements, together with store teams and contracted companies, maintenance procedures (reports, tags, and service orders), tools, and work instruments, as well as ensures proper organization of the maintenance workshop and utility areas in accordance with LEROY MERLIN standards. * Solves engineering issues—emergencies, chronic or intermittent problems (operational or related to personnel safety)—and continuously reduces failure frequency within the assigned region (using RCM, TPM and PCM tools), providing technical leadership to action plans developed with store teams and maintenance companies to resolve failures impacting sales, personnel safety, or asset integrity. * Supports the Maintenance Manager in planning annual engineering investments for LMB. * Identifies retrofit or upgrade needs of installations according to Brazilian standards, providing technical details, cost estimates, and investment justifications. * Helps reduce corrective maintenance costs and replacement part delivery times by evaluating and certifying new regional suppliers for maintenance contracts, implementing new supply methodologies, optimizing purchase of maintenance materials and spare parts supply, and ensuring full compliance with scheduled preventive maintenance tasks.
