Team management and process optimization Requisition ID: 24242 Job Category: Quality Career level: Professional Contract type: Permanent Location: Cajamar, BR **Quality and Engineering Coordinator** **Responsibilities:** * Manage the Engineering/Projects team and quality professionals. * Develop and implement strategies to improve processes and ensure product/service quality. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency and quality across all stages of the product/service lifecycle. * Define quality standards, KPIs, and performance metrics. * Ensure team compliance with industry regulations and standards. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation. * Resolve quality issues and implement effective corrective actions. * Provide training and development for the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field. * Proven experience in leading and managing engineering and quality teams. * In-depth knowledge of engineering practices, quality standards, and industry regulations. * Fluency in English. * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to excellence. * Experience with project management methodologies, including the use of tools such as **MS Project** and similar for planning, monitoring, and controlling activities. * Solid knowledge of engineering and quality processes and certifications, including: PPAP, FMEA, APQP, QSB Auditor, Lead Auditor, IATF, VDA 6\.3 Auditor, Zero Defect, MAS, SPC, and 8D / MASP **If you are a leader passionate about excellence in engineering and quality, we look forward to receiving your application.
