Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing outsourcing projects, ensuring quality and client satisfaction from planning through to project closure. Key Highlights: 1. Project management of outsourcing initiatives across pillars such as Simprinter and Simmobile 2. Organizing kickoff and status report meetings with clients 3. Preparing status report presentations and KPI dashboards **Responsibilities:** Responsible for managing an average of 8 projects (outsourcing of services across pillars Simprinter, Simmobile, Simpc\`s and Simthermal\`s), defining resources and timelines based on a structured plan. Ensuring minimal impact during implementation and maximum quality and satisfaction for both internal and external clients upon project closure. Responsible for organizing kickoff and status report meetings with internal departments and clients, and preparing status report presentations and KPI\`s. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or completed postgraduate studies in Business Administration, Engineering or Technology; or currently pursuing a postgraduate program; * Relevant work experience; * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency; * Intermediate Microsoft Project knowledge; * Preferred: experience in print outsourcing; * Preferred: knowledge of IT infrastructure projects; * Willingness to travel; * Familiarity with project management methodologies.
