




Job Summary: A professional to guide managers, train teams, and conduct safety and environmental inspections, ensuring compliance and accident prevention. Key Highlights: 1. Management of Health, Safety and Environment documentation and programs Provide technical guidance to the unit manager, supervise and train the operational team, and conduct workplace safety inspections to ensure compliance with the Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures across units under responsibility, thereby preserving ideal safety conditions in workplaces. * 1\. Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental requirements in operations, including subcontractors. * 2\. Conduct safety inspections at workplaces; * 3\. Conduct structural inspections; * 4\. Follow up on customer audits; * 5\. Deliver safety/integration training for operational teams and unit managers; * 6\. Monitor inspections by the Ministry of Labor; * 7\. Support expert assessments regarding unhealthy or hazardous working conditions in labor disputes; * 8\. Manage the implementation and maintenance process of CIPA – Internal Accident Prevention Committee; * 9\. Control and manage Health, Safety and Environment-related documentation; * 10\. Ensure correct application of the unit’s PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) process; * 11\. Ensure implementation and understanding of the risk assessment process; * 12\. Support the unit manager in implementing Health, Safety and Environment programs and campaigns. Examples: PREAXION, ‘Have a Safe Day’, ‘Daily Conversation’, etc. * 13\. Participate in workplace accident investigations, identifying root causes, analyzing them, proposing preventive and corrective actions, monitoring implementation of proposed actions until closure, and sharing lessons learned; * 14\. Attend periodic meetings, contributing information related to Health, Safety and Environment. * 15\. At FOOD units, understand food safety rules and guide operations on Good Food Handling Practices whenever necessary to prevent food-related incidents; * 16\. At FOOD units, ensure all HSE programs—such as PREAXION, Safety Nets, 3 Points for Safety, Safety Walks, etc.—are applied with an integrated focus on both food safety and occupational safety, reinforcing the ZERO DTA and ZERO ACCIDENT culture; * 17\.
