Description: * Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related fields; * Specialization or postgraduate degree in related fields is desirable; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Knowledge of relevant legislation; * Prior experience in product development within the pharmaceutical industry. * Conduct product formulation development, as well as development and/or improvement of their manufacturing processes and packaging materials; assist in managing product stability studies; * Develop formulations and processes through research, test execution, and laboratory pilot production, evaluating product and process performance; * Compile relevant information regarding developed products into internal documentation and prepare reports when necessary; * Scale up products to industrial plant level and define process parameters, monitoring industrial pilot batches; * Develop packaging materials for new products and propose improvements to packaging materials for existing products; * Monitor industrial processes to optimize them and improve product quality; * Assist in executing and managing stability studies, including drafting area-related documents and organizing incubated samples; * Carry out the qualification process for new raw materials and qualification of new suppliers for existing raw materials, through documentary evaluations and testing; * Participate in the approval process for graphic materials; * Coordinate intern activities and support other department team members in required tasks; * Draft and implement operational documents related to the role’s area of responsibility, and train other team members when appropriate. 2512220202491879136
