MACHINE OPERATOR Salary: R$ 2.093,74 Benefits: Medical and dental insurance, transportation allowance, profit-sharing bonus (PLR), parking, breakfast, payroll-deductible loan, and basic food basket Schedule: Flexible working hours 2nd shift – From 1:00 PM to 10:34 PM – Monday through Friday 3rd shift – From 10:00 PM to 6:55 AM – Monday through Friday Location: KM 33 – Anhanguera Business Park Employment Type: CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with filling machines is a plus; no prior experience required. * Collaborate with other operators, supervisors, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes. * Strong communication skills to report problems, improvements, or necessary adjustments. * Must maintain focused attention, work effectively in a team environment, and prioritize workplace safety. Responsibilities: * Operate and adjust blow molding machines for packaging production according to project specifications. * Monitor machine operations and control process parameters. * Inspect product quality during and after production to identify defects or inconsistencies. * Verify molded product characteristics (e.g., thickness, shape, consistency) and ensure compliance with established quality standards. * Oversee the molding process to guarantee that production batches are completed on schedule and according to established production parameters.
