Job Summary: The professional will perform metalworking services, fabricate and assemble structures, develop and refurbish jigs, and manufacture prototypes, adhering to safety and quality standards. Monitoring the implementation of new processes in the factory * **DESCRIPTION:** * Perform metalworking services, including material handling, measuring, marking, drilling, cutting, twisting, bending, and joining parts via welding, bolts, rivets, and other methods, in accordance with project specifications. Fabricate and assemble structures, devices, jigs, machines, and general components using various materials such as steel sheets, metal channels, angle iron, iron, copper, tin, brass, aluminum, wood, plastic, rubber, and resins. Carry out fabrication and maintenance tasks using the following equipment: hand tools, welding equipment, belt sanders, angle grinders, band saws, drills, routers, grinders, circular saws, and general electric machinery. Develop, fabricate, and refurbish jigs and fixtures under supervision from the development department. Monitor in the factory the implementation of newly fabricated processes and components. Conduct and participate in practical tests for project validation. Paint fabricated components when required. Manufacture prototypes of new products and models using materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous steels, wood, plastic, rubber, and other materials. Comply with Occupational Safety and Environmental Protection regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workplace, minimizing waste, and practicing selective waste collection. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Vocational training in the field is desirable * Knowledge of general metalworking services, metal structures, iron profiles, aluminum and iron window/door frames, welding, electrical systems, and stainless steel Compensation: R$2.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: On-site
