**Responsibilities:** --------------- **➡️ Preparation of descriptive reports;** ----------------------------------------------- **➡️ Preparation of the FRE (Project Summary Sheet);** ------------------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Preparation of budgets and CEF schedules;** ----------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Review of documents and projects to be attached to processes and to meet Blue Seal requirements;** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Preparation and monitoring of PLS (Service Release Spreadsheets) for construction projects;** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **➡️ Submission of requirements for the first and final disbursements of construction projects;** ------------------------------------------------------------------------ **➡️ Organization of digital and physical folders containing project documentation;** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **What are we looking for in candidates?** Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering;** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **✔ Knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel;** ------------------------------------------ **✔ Proactivity and sense of urgency;** ------------------------------------------- **Preferred Qualifications:** ------------------------ **➕ Prior experience handling processes and demands from Caixa Econômica Federal;** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- **➕ Knowledge of urban and environmental legislation;** --------------------------------------------------------- **➕ Proficiency in Prevision and/or MS Project tools;** ------------------------------------------------------- **➕ Strong
