Focus on organization and proactivity We are looking for a **Kiosk Assistant Manager (Photographic Products)** with experience in people management to join our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the team, ensuring organization and efficiency in daily operations. * Perform daily cash closing and ensure compliance with internal processes. * Execute cash withdrawals and secure dispatch of cash bags with full accountability. * Develop and train the team, promoting excellence in customer service and task performance. * Create work schedules * People and conflict management **Requirements:** * Prior experience in team leadership. * Knowledge of cash closing and financial management processes. * Skills in team training and development. * Organized, proactive, and committed profile. **Availability required for a 5x2 rotating schedule, including weekends.** Work Location: Amusement Park in Vinhedo Immediate start availability. Working hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM — 5x2 schedule including weekends.
