Join\-us! **Supplier Quality Analyst** ==================================== **Responsibilities and Tasks** ----------------------------------------- Manage supplier quality to ensure the company’s overall external quality performance and guarantee product compliance for serial production. Manage customer complaints related to supplier-originated failures after SOP, ensuring definitive problem resolution and proper implementation of *Lessons Learned*. Lead supplier improvement programs at the divisional level, focusing on PPM reduction, rating improvement, and increased process robustness. Handle non-quality cost recovery from suppliers. **Management of failures in serial production:** * Assess complaint relevance based on initial analysis conducted at the Marelli plant. * Ensure implementation of containment actions at the supplier to protect the plant and end customers. * Validate and challenge root cause analysis, effectiveness of corrective actions, and standardization. * Manage the problem resolution cycle (3D, 5D, 8D). * Conduct escalation processes when necessary. * Lead and monitor Controlled Shipping Level / Firewall until validation of corrective actions. * Conduct technical visits to suppliers for process audits (VDA 6\.3\) and verification of corrective action effectiveness. * Monitor supplier scorecards and drive action plans in case of deviations. * Support IATF and customer audits at the plant, as applicable. * Work with tools and systems such as SAP, SQP, SCR, and quality databases. **Mandatory Requirements** --------------------------- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Production, or related fields). **Experience:** Experience in the automotive industry with focus on supplier quality, non-conformance management, and production processes. **Technical Knowledge:** * Quality Tools: FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Pareto. * Knowledge of IATF 16949 (mandatory). * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and safety requirements. * Process Audit (VDA 6\.3 – mandatory). * Knowledge of industrial processes and manufacturing. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). **Languages:** Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory). **Willingness to travel:** 30% to 50%. **Work Location** --------------------- Hortolândia/SP – 100% on-site. **What We Offer** -------------------- UNIMED Health Insurance (national coverage, co-payment based on usage, extendable to legal dependents); UNIODONTO Dental Insurance (national coverage, co-payment, extendable to legal dependents); Basic Food Basket; On-site Cafeteria; Life Insurance; Private Pension Plan; PLR (Profit and Result Sharing).
