Junior Systems and Support Analyst

Responsibilities: * Handle all tickets assigned by customers within the established timeframe using the Service\-Now tool; * Hardware maintenance; * Software installation, configuration, and removal; * Collection, installation, and relocation of assets; * Machine formatting and updates; * Configuration of mobile phones, tablets, and barcode scanners; * Configuration of conventional and thermal printers; * Inventory control; * Advanced incident and problem diagnosis; * Technical escalation to N3 or vendors, with detailed documentation; * Creation and maintenance of technical procedures and knowledge base to support first-level support; * Remote and on-site support for critical incidents; * Counter/Service desk support; * Stock organization; * Installation and maintenance of meeting rooms. Requirements: Technical Requirements: * Microsoft Windows; * Microsoft Office 365; * Computer hardware maintenance; * Knowledge of LAN and Wi-Fi networks; * Experience with ticket management systems: Service\-Now, Zendesk, Movidesk, Altiris, Atlassian, and others. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience providing support in corporate environments; * Advanced English; * Knowledge of ITIL; * Knowledge of PowerApps; * Knowledge of video conferencing systems: Logitech, Yealink; * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with individuals across all hierarchical levels.
