**Job Description:**
We are seeking a **Staff Nurse** to join our team, delivering high-quality, humanized nursing care to patients. The professional will provide direct support to the medical team and deliver direct patient care, ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide nursing care to patients, monitoring signs and symptoms, and documenting appropriately;
* Administer medications and treatments per medical prescriptions;
* Monitor patients' clinical progress and report any changes to the medical team;
* Educate patients and their families about treatment processes, post-hospital care, and complication prevention;
* Ensure compliance with biosafety and hygiene standards, promoting a safe environment for patients and staff;
* Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to the evaluation of patients' therapeutic plans;
* Conduct patient triage when necessary and provide support in urgent and emergency situations;
* Monitor and update patient records, documenting all procedures performed.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing;
* Active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN);
* Prior experience in clinical and emergency care;
* Strong communication skills and empathy when interacting with patients and families;
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team;
* Availability for a 12x36 daytime shift schedule.
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT)
Compensation: R$4.535,74 per month
