Job Summary: Professional responsible for conducting expectation alignment, interpreting samples, investigating environments, and managing retail project production—ensuring adherence to deadlines and scope alignment. With 19 years in the market and close relationships with major global brands, we deliver innovative and functional projects—from acrylic pieces, displays, kiosks, to large stores in prominent shopping malls across the country. **Responsibilities:** Conduct kickoff meetings with the sales team to align expectations and scope. Interpret physical or virtual samples, analyzing materials, application, and project context. Investigate the client’s environment and the end-use of samples. Initiate internal production (carpentry, metalwork, painting, etc.) or external procurement as needed. Monitor production and/or procurement to ensure deadlines and scope alignment. After approval, send the simple board to the service team for client delivery. **Preferred Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Product Design, Materials Engineering, Interior Design, or related fields.
