Join our team and help\-us build an even more promising future for the railway industry! **Job Description** * Carefully inspect the section immediately after grinding, positioned at the rear of the machine, and be ready to take any necessary action. * Report any equipment anomalies to the operations supervisor. * Directly combat heat concentration points or potential fire sources using the available resource: a directed water jet. * Perform emergency corrective maintenance and support preventive maintenance tasks—provided you have been trained for such duties and they align with your role—as well as clean the machine whenever possible, thereby maintaining optimal cleanliness and hygiene conditions. * Replace the machine’s grinding stones whenever required, in accordance with engineering recommendations regarding stone utilization rates. * Comply with all company safety regulations by properly using personal protective equipment. * Record routine operational control items by providing relevant information. * Notify machine operation personnel whenever identifying a risk that cannot be mitigated using the water jet. * Use manual tools required for minor interventions, provided you are certified to do so. * Be responsible for your own safety and that of fellow workers, identifying and reporting all risks encountered during task execution. * Ensure efficiency and reliability of performed services. **Qualifications** **Education:** Completed high school **Additional Information** Work schedule: 17 days on / 13 days off **Equal Opportunity Employer:** Loram is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse, and respectful workplace.
