Develop activity plans for professionals in electrical, refrigeration, and civil maintenance areas, following operational supervisor guidance. Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance service orders within the company's scope. Prepare operational reports demonstrating request progress and SO status. Apply technical knowledge in planning and Excel to organize and track demands.
