**Job Description**

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and perform assembly, disassembly, repair, replacement, and adjustment of mechanical parts and components for machines, engines, and generators;
* Move parts using hoists and/or overhead cranes when assigned and qualified;
* Analyze work orders, drawings, process instructions, and other technical documents to plan and organize activities;
* Perform stator stacking, flange assembly, pressing, measurement, welding, pin extraction, and finishing as per process instructions;
* Assemble acoustic enclosures, piping, cores, housings, rotors, poles, bearings, and other motor and generator components;
* Prepare test equipment, pressure gauges, and other resources for leak testing, inspections, and electrical tests when qualified and authorized;
* Record service-related information in reports and spreadsheets to ensure traceability and support management;
* Comply with quality, environmental, occupational health and safety standards, maintaining workplace organization, resource conservation, and continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Reside in Campinas/SP or nearby regions;
* Willingness to travel 85% of the time;
* Completed Technical Education in Mechanics and Electromechanics.
**Desired Qualifications:**
* NR35, NR10, NR10 SEP, and NR33 training;
* Prior experience in this role.
