Description: * Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Advertising, Psychology, Administration or related fields. * Previous experience with internal communication projects, organizational culture and climate research. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Creative, proactive, collaborative profile, enthusiasm and hands-on attitude. * Knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, among others). * Availability for travel and flexible working hours. * Work on building, disseminating and strengthening the Cacau Show Culture, aligning values, purpose and employer brand identity. * Plan and execute internal endomarketing and institutional communication campaigns focused on employee experience. * Lead organizational culture initiatives and projects, such as recognition programs, celebrations, special dates and corporate events. * Support the development and maintenance of internal communication channels (digital boards, newsletters, intranet, e\-mails, etc.). * Collaborate with partner departments on integrated engagement, climate and diversity actions. * Monitor metrics and conduct climate surveys, consolidating and presenting results across all business units. * Produce creative and institutional content that strengthens identity and Culture. * Plan, execute and monitor culture, climate and diversity committees, ensuring meetings and planned actions are carried out daily with the committee. 2509170202251756657
