Resolve operational issues and support loading/unloading OPEN POSITION: YARD SUPERVISOR **Join our team!** The **MEGA G ALIMENTOS** is seeking a **Yard Supervisor** to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, focused on organization, safety, and operational efficiency—including product picking, storage, and labeling in cold and frozen chambers. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise all yard activities, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety; * Control access for personnel and vehicles, permitting circulation only for authorized individuals; * Monitor vehicle entry and exit, recording times, conditions, and incidents; * Organize the yard to optimize maneuvering, parking, and logistics operations; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, proper use of PPE, and preventive procedures; * Maintain up-to-date records of vehicles, cargo, and yard operations; * Maintain active communication with transportation, logistics, security, and suppliers; * Resolve operational problems such as traffic congestion, damages, or hazards; * Support loading and unloading operations, ensuring order and safety. ### **Benefits and Conditions:** * Compensation: R$ 2\.113,00 * Employment Type: CLT (permanent) * Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Location: Vargem Grande Paulista/SP **Our Commitment to Inclusion** This position is open to all!
