Job Summary: Materials Controlling Analyst responsible for ensuring cost and inventory accuracy in manufacturing, analyzing deviations, and coordinating inventories. Key Highlights: 1. Management of material and finished goods costs **OVERVIEW** The Perfetti Van Melle Brasil, manufacturer of the brands Mentos, Fruittella, and Chupa Chups, is seeking a talent to unlock their potential as a MATERIALS CONTROLLING ANALYST in VINHEDO/SP. **WHAT YOU WILL DO** * Execute and ensure accuracy of monthly manufacturing closing activities. * Analyze and correct posting deviations in SAP, reviewing recipes and routings to ensure alignment between actual and standard costs. * Analyze material and finished goods costs, controlling deviations and movements. * Manage disposal documents via OP, ensuring proper and traceable material write-offs. * Monitor and analyze inventory balances, performing adjustments when necessary to prevent stockouts or overstocks. * Coordinate and execute weekly and monthly rotating inventories of active and inactive/unused warehouses. * Contribute to the factory's Annual Inventory (discrepancy analysis and systemic adjustments). * Ensure material usage complies with PVM policies and maintain rigorous controls and audit evidence required by internal and external auditors. * Consolidate and submit operational performance reports related to production volume, consumption, and inventory variances. * Compile data and KPIs from performance and engagement programs (e.g., Doce Conquista Program). * Monitor the material delivery process to operations and address deviations in warehouse transfers and/or quantity variations from suppliers. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU****Education*****:***Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or related fields. **Knowledge:** Advanced proficiency in SAP (modules PP, MM and/or CO). Solid knowledge of Power BI. Advanced Excel (pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas).
