The professional will be responsible for inventory organization and control, goods receipt and dispatch, invoice verification, order picking, and other related activities. Prior experience in this role, familiarity with inventory management systems, and strong teamwork skills are essential. Category Administration Activities * Perform material verification during receipt, dispatch, and warehouse operations to ensure data accuracy. * Enter systemic records for incoming, outgoing, and transferred items to maintain inventory updates and traceability. * Monitor inventory levels and participate in periodic stocktaking to support accuracy and organization. * Internally move materials using manual handling, manual or electric pallet jacks (if certified). * Pick and prepare materials to fulfill internal and external orders. * Organize and maintain a properly addressed, labeled, and accessible inventory according to internal standards. * Monitor the unit’s logistical flow, supporting procurement, storage, and dispatch activities. * Comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations to ensure sound operational practices. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization.
