**HR / Personnel Department Analyst – Campinas/SP** A company in Campinas/SP is hiring a professional to work broadly on Human Resources and Personnel Department routines. Main responsibilities * Management and monitoring of CIPA (elections and monthly meetings) * Control and monitoring of Occupational Safety and Health (SST) documents: * Risk Assessment Program (PGR) * Occupational Health Monitoring Program (PCMSO) * Technical Report on Hazardous Activities (LTCAT) * Ergonomic Assessment Report * Control of admission, periodic, and dismissal Admission, Periodic, and Dismissal Medical Examinations (ASOs) * Management of electronic timekeeping (absences, tardiness, and overtime bank) * Control and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) * Preparation and maintenance of PPE records/forms * Theoretical training on PPE usage * Administration of benefits (commuter allowance and other routine tasks) * Support for monthly payroll closing * Verification of payroll entries and rubrics * Employee support for labor-related inquiries and internal procedures * Liaison with labor unions and dispatching official notices * Interface with the accounting firm responsible for payroll processing * Interface between management and employees Requirements * Prior experience in HR/Personnel Department * Knowledge of labor legislation * Experience with electronic timekeeping systems * Basic/intermediate knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health (SST) * Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with employees * Organization, discretion, and responsibility Advantages * Experience in industrial settings * Knowledge of eSocial * Hands-on experience with occupational safety routines * Familiarity with Thomson Reuters platform Job details * CLT employment regime * On-site work in Campinas/SP * Monday to Friday Salary Salary range between R$ 3.800,00 and R$ 4.800,00 (based on experience) Compensation: R$3.800,00 – R$4.900,00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Commuter allowance Work location: On-site
