Job Summary: Responsible for assisting with salon organization, sterilizing and restocking cutlery, trays, and glasses, and maintaining overall environmental hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring plate standards and collecting dirty dishes **Schedule:** Night shift: 5:00 PM to 1:20 AM, 44 hours per week (6 days on, 1 day off) **Description:** Responsible for assisting with salon organization, sterilizing and restocking cutlery, trays, and glasses; restocking disposable packaging in general; restocking and handling all hygiene supplies such as alcohol, etc.; refilling and cleaning the ice reservoir; keeping display counters always clean; verifying plates against order slips and delivering them to the designated tables; ensuring plates truly meet established standards; collecting dirty dishes from tables; assisting waitstaff; and participating in full salon cleaning and closing procedures.
