




Job Summary: Responsible for assisting in organizing the dining area, sterilizing and restocking cutlery, trays, and glasses, as well as performing other cleaning and waiter-support tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in organizing and sanitizing the dining area 2. Support in restocking utensils and supplies 3. Checking dishes and collecting dirty tableware **Schedule:** Night shift: 7:30 PM to 1:00 AM, 30 hours per week (Rotating schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off) **Description:** Responsible for assisting in organizing the dining area, sterilizing and restocking cutlery, trays, and glasses; restocking disposable packaging in general; restocking all cleaning supplies such as alcohol, etc.; refilling and cleaning the ice reservoir; keeping countertops clean at all times; verifying dishes against order slips and delivering them to the designated tables; ensuring dishes meet standard presentation requirements; collecting dirty tableware from tables; assisting waiters; and participating in overall dining area cleaning and closing procedures.
