Jund Empregos is a platform dedicated to job placement in the Jundiaí region, offering services to connect job seekers and companies seeking talent. **Responsibilities:** Provide technical support to customers and the sales team. Participate in technical visits to customers, including presentation of commercial proposals. Conduct technical product demonstrations. Monitor installations and field applications of products. Address technical inquiries from customers and internal colleagues. Maintain technical communication with international suppliers. Attend technical trainings provided by suppliers. Deliver internal training sessions for the sales team and representatives. Participate in company trade fairs and events, assisting with customer service and booth organization. Support the sales team in identifying new market opportunities. Perform technical post-sales activities, monitoring installations and verifying customers' additional needs. Previous experience as Technical Support Technician, Support Analyst, Support Specialist, or Support Consultant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Completed technical education required.
