Ensure every student is successfully activated, both in courses and in VÉRTUZ’s products (consulting platform and/or mobile app), delivering a clear, seamless, and high-perceived-value experience. The role’s focus lies in onboarding, activation, continuous education, retention, and expanding the value delivered to students throughout their journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design, structure, and execute the onboarding and activation process for paying students. * Ensure students access, understand, and begin effectively using VÉRTUZ’s products and platform. * Develop playbooks, educational materials, automations, and onboarding pathways. * Monitor activation, engagement, retention, and churn metrics. * Collect and analyze student feedback regarding courses and products to drive continuous improvement. * Collaborate closely with Support, Product, and Content teams to ensure high NPS and student satisfaction. * Identify opportunities to expand product usage, engagement, and value throughout the customer lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Customer Success Management, or Digital Education. * Ability to design processes, user journeys, and educational materials from scratch. * Strong analytical skills to interpret usage, engagement, and student behavior data. * Mindset focused on activation, retention, customer experience, and revenue expansion. * Clear communication, empathy, and problem-solving orientation. **Additional Information** As a PJ (individual contractor), you’ll be entitled to vacation after 12 months of contract, plus: * **TotalPass** * **Starbem** At **Febracis**, we believe in the transformative power of meaningful connections.
