You will be responsible for developing, standardizing, and optimizing manufacturing, assembly, welding, and load-handling processes, driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, productivity, cost, and production capacity—contributing to operational excellence in manufacturing. In this role, you will report to the Senior Operations Manager. This position is primarily located in Sorocaba/SP and involves up to 5% travel. Team you’ll join You will join a Supply Chain Screening team dedicated to manufacturing, welding, assembly, and testing of vibrating equipment for mining and aggregates industries. We work closely with internal and external stakeholders—including production, product engineering, planning, procurement, and other areas related to Consumables (CNS). What you’ll do Develop, implement, and standardize internal manufacturing and welding processes to reduce costs, rework, and increase productivity. Define manufacturing methods, fixtures, tooling, and welding parameters for metal structures, boiler-making, and machining. Ensure correct application of processes, routings, and technical documents by production areas. Support internal manufacturing by identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring technical compliance. Lead multidisciplinary meetings with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Planning to define and improve manufacturing processes. Prestar technical support to Quality, Engineering, Procurement, Due Diligence, and field personnel. Promote continuous improvement by participating in technical, productivity, quality, or safety enhancement projects, aiming for ongoing refinement of current processes. Lead industrial process optimization projects, developing schedules and identifying opportunities using new technologies and/or tools to drive continuous improvement. Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. Active CREA registration required. Experience in industrial manufacturing processes, including welding, assembly, boiler-making, and machining. Solid knowledge of AutoCAD and/or Autodesk Inventor.
