Job Summary: The Operations Analyst – Scheduling manages and optimizes transportation processes, controlling documentation, billing, and delivery coordination. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of transportation and billing processes 2. Fleet coordination and maintenance 3. Route and performance analysis and optimization **OPERATIONS ANALYST – SCHEDULING** **Responsibilities:** \> Request and issue CT\-e, ensuring correct billing for all deliveries; \> Generate transportation documents and verify invoices, receipts, and notes; \> Validate final billing to ensure accurate charging for services rendered; \> Update drivers and vehicles in the system (e.g., KMM) to ensure accurate trip registration; \> Manage fleet documentation, scheduling maintenance stops and license regularization in a timely manner; \> Monitor coupling and uncoupling checklists, directing requests to the maintenance department; \> Authorize drivers for trips, informing them of the scheduled itinerary; \> Submit monitoring requests to the insurance provider; \> Report estimated arrival status and communicate any unforeseen incidents occurring en route; \> Analyze customer departures and arrivals, resolving identified inconsistencies; \> Monitor and analyze route deviations, unattended customers, and incidents, aiming to close monthly KPIs; \> Track and analyze the number of customers served, planned, canceled, and additional ones for accurate performance evaluation; \> Analyze and perform data loading from handheld terminals used by drivers on routes; \> Participate in operational meetings with clients to align cargo requirements and scheduling adjustments. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering. * Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency; **Salary: Salary expectation \+ comprehensive benefits package.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Compensation: Starting from R$3\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * Are you available to work rotating shifts?
