Job Summary: A Civil Engineering professional with experience in road infrastructure project management, responsible for contract management, technical evaluation, and stakeholder engagement. Description: What we expect from you: Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering; Knowledge of highway projects; Experience in road infrastructure project management; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Knowledge of Power BI; Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B); availability for travel; You stand out if you have: Postgraduate degree in Highways or Project Management; BIM knowledge is desirable. * Define project scopes: Through meetings, data collection, development of preliminary studies, analysis of lessons learned, and preparation of a stakeholder communication plan. Understands and executes. * Prepare documentation for project procurement/tendering: Record data in internal systems—such as requisitions, forms, and other documents—as well as prepare terms of reference, reference budgets for projects, and proposal analyses. Understands and executes, guided by existing documents serving as templates. * Manage stakeholders: Interface with concessionaires, partner companies, municipal governments, designers, and other involved parties; conduct meetings and site visits; monitor schedules; perform necessary follow-ups; and facilitate project approval by the granting authority. Monitors. * Conduct technical evaluation of projects: Critical analysis of proposed solutions and guidance to third-party companies responsible for project development—covering technical, economic, feasibility, operational, contractual, and business aspects. Technical analysis relies on checklists and continuous expert guidance. * Manage project contracts: Ensure projects remain within agreed scope, cost, quality, and schedule through scope/schedule monitoring and recording data in internal systems—including measurement reports, contract amendments, supplier evaluations, and contract closures. Manages less complex contracts under continuous guidance. * Support construction works: Provide technical assistance to construction works (ATO), ensuring operational and construction-related process efficiency, while guaranteeing that project versions are up-to-date and available in communication systems. Prevents or minimizes construction change orders. Understands the issue, supports project interpretation, and directs necessary actions for clarification (with designers, specialists, etc). * Ensure compliance with internal governance, compliance, and management improvement programs: Knowledge and application of related guidelines across Engelog’s various engineering processes. Understands and executes. * Ensure concessionaire expectations and needs are met: Interface with Engineering, Contract Administration, Customer Service, Operations, and Maintenance departments. Supports interfaces and occasionally represents the Projects department in less complex projects. * Ensure lessons learned are documented and disseminated: Record errors and insights, consult the knowledge base, and transform such information into organizational value.
