Job Summary: A professional responsible for conducting dielectric and functional tests on low- and medium-voltage products, ensuring quality and compliance with customer standards and specifications. Supports production and quality teams **What you’ll do:** ------------------- * Perform routine tests (dielectric and functional) on low- and medium-voltage products according to project requirements, applicable product standards, and customer specifications. * Perform routine tests on low- and medium-voltage products according to project requirements, applicable product standards, and customer specifications. * Perform factory acceptance tests (FAT) together with the customer or their representative, when requested by them. * Prepare test reports for products. Release products to the packaging department. * Support production and quality teams in identifying issues and potential rework. * Meet internally agreed deadlines and those agreed upon with the customer. * Focus on serving internal and external customers and on response agility. * Focus on meeting deadlines, service quality, and process safety. * Focus on achieving efficiency and productivity targets for the testing department. **Qualifications:** ------------------- **Mandatory:** * Completed Technical High School Education – specialization in electricity (electrotechnician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, automation technician, etc). * Experience reading and interpreting electrical drawings * Availability to work on the 1st shift and/or 2nd shift **Desirable:** * English and/or Spanish * Microsoft Office Suite * Experience in electrical testing * NR 10 training (40 hours)
