Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer for a growing startup to lead, organize, and drive development, evolution, and scalability of the platform—supporting the team and assuming technical leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Build a product from scratch to scale at a technology-based startup. 2. Lead, organize, and execute—going beyond coding. 3. Work closely with the CEO and stakeholders to technically mentor other developers. We are hiring: Senior Fullstack Developer Campinas/SP – Barão Geraldo region If you are an experienced developer who enjoys challenges and wants to help build a product from scratch to scale, this opportunity is for you. A technology-based startup in growth phase, with a product launching (MVP scaling), seeking someone who goes beyond code: someone who leads, organizes, and executes. Your responsibilities will include: Fullstack development (backend, frontend, and mobile) Evolving the platform and ensuring scalability Developing and integrating APIs Supporting architectural decisions and best practices Organizing workflow and improving processes Working closely with the CEO and stakeholders Supporting the team and technically mentoring other developers Gradually assuming technical leadership Primary tech stack: JavaScript / Node.js / Express REST APIs MongoDB (PostgreSQL is a plus) AWS / Cloud Version control and best practices Nice-to-have skills: Flutter • .NET • DevOps • Kubernetes • Agile methodologies Our ideal candidate: Senior-level with product and business mindset Hands-on \+ leadership capability Proactive with strong ownership mindset Strong communication skills and autonomy Adaptable to startup environments Hiring model: PJ \+ meal allowance. **ON-SITE WORK WITH HYBRID OPTION.** ### **Employment Type:** Individual Contractor (PJ) ### **Department:** Operations
