Job Summary: Professional to develop technical projects in conservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings, with a focus on technical solutions compatible with traditional construction systems. Opportunity for continuous learning and teamwork We are seeking a professional to work on technical projects focused on the conservation, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic buildings, participating in the preparation of surveys, technical drawings, construction details, and project coordination. The candidate will support the development of technical solutions compatible with traditional construction systems, analyze construction pathologies, specify materials, and provide technical assistance during interventions when required. **Main Responsibilities:** Developing technical drawings and project modeling for restoration and retrofit projects; preparing cadastral surveys and as-built documentation; detailing architectural elements; supporting specification of materials compatible with historic construction techniques; coordinating among different disciplines; organizing technical documentation; providing technical support during site visits and field surveys. **Requirements:** Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Building Technician, or related fields; knowledge of technical drawing; proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit; strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings; technical organization and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of Revit (BIM); experience in construction site supervision; familiarity with traditional materials (lime, mortars, wood, stone, etc.); understanding of traditional construction techniques; experience in architectural surveys; interest in historic heritage and architectural conservation. **Desired Profile:** An organized professional with technical attention, commitment to continuous learning, ability to work collaboratively in teams, and dedication to high-quality technical project delivery.
