We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Define and evolve solution architectures for digital products and services focused on self-service; * Partner with product, engineering, and UX teams to design efficient and scalable user journeys; * Ensure technical governance, architectural standards, and alignment with corporate IT strategy; * Support development of microservices, API Gateway-based integrations, and event-driven architectures; * Promote best practices in security, observability, resilience, and DevOps; * Participate in technical evaluations, proofs of concept, and modernization roadmaps; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields; * Experience in digital or enterprise solution architecture, preferably within large enterprises or telecommunications; * Proficiency in AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, API Gateway, SQS, DynamoDB, etc.) or equivalent platforms; * Modern development frameworks and technologies (Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, React/Angular); * Knowledge of microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and REST/GraphQL integrations; * Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), observability (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch), and data-driven culture; * Solid understanding of cloud security, IAM, and compliance; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Ability to translate business needs into viable and sustainable technical solutions; **Desired Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree or relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF, etc.); * Experience in self-service architecture, omnichannel solutions, and digital personalization; * Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, EventBridge); * Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman); * Experience with generative AI platforms or intelligent chatbots applied to digital customer service; * Understanding of the Telecommunications ecosystem (BSS/OSS: CRM, billing, provisioning); * Proven experience in DevSecOps and Software Security, including vulnerability analysis, encryption standards, authentication/authorization (OAuth, OIDC), and familiarity with OWASP guidelines; **Additional Information** Want to learn about all our open positions?
