Your responsibilities will include: Level 1 / Internal Field Support; Questions regarding Windows 11, Office 365, mobile telephony, formatting, configuration, and end-user support for notebooks, desktops, printers, and other IT assets; Support for client legacy applications (prior training provided); Activation of backup or contingency equipment; Occasional remote support to other locations; Email interaction in English with Global Support — ability to read and reply to emails using a translator; Escalation to Level 3 Support (Simpress and other vendors); Delivering agile, high-standard assistance, guiding users during operations, ensuring complete incident resolution and proper logging of information in the ticket management system. Requirements: - Preferred: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree. - Technical expertise in software/hardware maintenance and configuration, networking, and programming. - Mandatory: Networking knowledge; familiarity with mobile applications and devices. - Familiarity with ticket management tools. Preferred: English proficiency.
