Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Responsibilities: • Track discrepancy tickets (from Suppliers, Carriers, and Customers) and route them to the correct team for resolution, maintaining end-to-end tracking via ticket until closure. • Analyze and control returns and shipments of goods, proposing process improvements for returns. * Interact with sales representatives, transportation, procurement, sales support, and operational logistics to identify alternative solutions. * Monitor the scrap disposal process for materials and oversee all stages of materials during shipment. * Negotiate scrap disposal values. * Handle return/defect/substitution processes with suppliers and technical support teams. * Enter data for issuing invoices (shipments, sales, returns, damage, loss). * Access the system and verify data against respective purchase orders, checking values, quantities, and taxes. * Organize invoice reports, recording data related to document identification, supplier, quantities, values, and taxes posted for control and subsequent payment. * Analyze discrepant invoices and coordinate resolution with the tax or logistics department. * Manage GLPI tickets related to operational issues. * Support supervision in strategic decision-making based on analysis and data. * Mediate discrepancies among purchase order, invoice, and physical quantity with relevant departments; perform invoice vs. purchase order reconciliation. * Follow up with responsible departments regarding pending invoice entries into the system and monitor blind verification procedures to ensure effective invoice registration in the system. Requirements: * Currently pursuing or completed Bachelor’s degree. * Experience in administrative routines. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
